About Karen Morham
Life is full of experiences, and Karen’s philosophy has always been to never leave a stone unturned. Her journey is one defined by passion, perseverance and curiosity.
From earning her wings as a student pilot at just 16 to studying Meteorology, Aviation and Aeronautics by night, Karen has always dared to dream big. Though her path shifted away from aviation, the lessons of resilience and discipline have stayed with her.
Her career has taken her through many industries, from banking to fitness, small business ownership and eventually, the travel industry. She founded and ran a gym for over a decade before dedicating herself to the travel industry through Sports Travel Australia, where she gained over 15 years of hands-on experience managing sporting group tours across the globe.
Today, as owner of both Sports Travel Australia and Premier Travel Agency, Karen brings together her deep understanding of logistics, her people-first approach and her lifelong passion for exploration. Whether guiding athletes across continents or helping families discover their dream destinations, her mission remains the same: to inspire and enable others to see the world.
Karen is an official USA Specialist through the USA Discovery Program and has also completed Destination Vancouver’s Vancouver Specialist certification.
